Over the past six years, God has given me the incredible privilege of serving as the FCA Collegiate Director at Reinhardt University. I can honestly say this has been one of the greatest joys of my life. I love where the Lord has called me, and I love the coaches, athletes, and students He has entrusted to me.

Every day, I have the opportunity to build relationships, share the hope of Jesus Christ, disciple young leaders, and watch God transform lives on campus. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing students surrender their lives to Christ and grow into courageous followers of Him.

This ministry is only possible because of faithful partners who pray, serve, and giveIalongside us. Together, we are making an eternal impact on the lives of coaches, athletes, and students at Reinhardt University—one relationship at a time.

I have personally witnessed the profound impact that coaches, teams, and chaplains can have on the lives of athletes. At Reinhardt University, I am on a mission that God has called me to: To witness the transformation of the lives and hearts of coaches and athletes through the Gospel.

From facilitating team devotions to leading discipleship groups, Bible studies, and organizing other Christ-centered activities, I am privileged to see the light of Christ making a tangible difference in each life entrusted to me on campus. 

My commitment is unwavering in sharing the grace and truth of Jesus with these young men and women, and I trust in God's power to transform hearts and lives.

For the past 6 years I have served at Waleska First Baptist Church as their Youth Pastor, and in the last 2 years I transitioned into the role of Associate Pastor. Recently, I have felt God pulling at my heart and prompting me to find more ways to serve my community, the town in which I grew up. The students and staff at Reinhardt University are a large part of this mission field. I truly believe God has called me to serve and minister to this specific population in my community. Through much prayer, I am blessed to have the opportunity to join Reinhardt University’s Fellowship of Christian Athletes in ministering to the college athletes here on campus, as well as those I will encounter on other campuses during this new journey. 

As an Area Representative, I look forward to Engaging, Equipping, and Empowering the coaches and athletes in their walk with Christ each and every day through team times, devotionals, Bible studies, and prayer.

For nearly a decade, my wife and I have been blessed to serve the Lord together while raising our son and daughter. Our greatest desire is to know Christ more deeply and help others do the same. While I’ve always loved sports and competition, I’ve come to realize that the greatest victories don’t happen on the field, they happen when a life is surrendered to Jesus Christ.

God has opened the door for me to serve as an Area Representative with Fellowship of Christian Athletes, where I have the privilege of investing in coaches and student-athletes throughout Northwest Georgia, with a primary focus on Georgia Highlands College. I believe the college years are some of the most important years of a person’s life, and I am convinced that God desires to use coaches and athletes to influence their teams, campuses, churches, and communities for His glory.

My mission is to faithfully engage, equip, and empower coaches and athletes to follow Jesus wholeheartedly. Through team huddles, Bible studies, one-on-one discipleship, and everyday conversations, my prayer is that students would find their identity in Christ, grow in their faith, and boldly share the Gospel with those around them.
